“We live in an older historic home and it was beyond time to get our roof replaced. We had called other companies and either received no return phone calls, or the companies no-showed on the day of the estimate. When I called Taylor he knew right away we were in bad shape. He came the next day (on his day off) and gave us an estimate. He showed up as promised and on time. He and Norm spent more than an hour on our roof, in our attic, and around our home to give us an incredibly thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. Before the project even began, they dropped off two dehumidifiers on our porch to begin drying out some of the more humid areas of our house.
