Creating a Livable Space: A Brunson & Perrin Project Featuring Trex® and Pella®

Creating a comfortable and functional living space is about more than just a renovation; it's about building a place where you can relax and feel at home. That's what we did for our clients with this beautiful three-season room, blending the durability of Trex, the quality of Pella, and the careful craftsmanship of Brunson & Perrin.

The foundation of this space is a Trex Transcend Havana Gold Deck. This low-maintenance and long-lasting material extends from the new three-season room to the deck, creating a unified and warm look. We also installed Trex Signature X Series Cable Railing in Black, which provides safety without obstructing the view. The clean, modern lines of the railing complement the natural surroundings perfectly.

The heart of the project is the 12' x 12' three-season room. We installed eight Pella Casement Windows that fill the room with light and open easily to let in the breeze. Inside, the ceiling features a beautiful finished pine, adding a cozy, natural touch.
