Brunson & Perrin Contracting

We’ve been working with Brunson and Perrin for nearly two years now. They evaluated our overall project and helped us divide it into three independent sub-projects to help minimize the disruption of construction and spread out the costs into manageable portions. Their communication has been clear, friendly, and timely. From start to finish the project has been managed well. They left our home clean each day, they let me know of material needs, and they provided excellent subcontractors. Although we tried to minimize change orders, they were inevitable, but they handled them well and communicated the requirements and costs. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. They exceeded our expectations and helped us find solutions we didn’t realize were possible. They referred us to Katy Lynn Design to design our kitchen and select cabinets and countertops (Hard Rock Stone and Tile) This helped us achieve a kitchen we didn’t even imagine at a cost we could manage.

We had a major flood at our house that required some extensive remodeling. All other contractors had told us they were booked out for 6+ months, but these guys really helped us out and worked us into their busy schedule so we could get our house put back together. They did great work and our house looks amazing. They are very fair on cost and very respectful of your budget. Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them. Would definitely recommend.

We live in an older historic home and it was beyond time to get our roof replaced. We had called other companies and either received no return phone calls, or the companies no-showed on the day of the estimate. When I called Taylor he knew right away we were in bad shape. He came the next day (on his day off) and gave us an estimate. He showed up as promised and on time. He and Norm spent more than an hour on our roof, in our attic, and around our home to give us an incredibly thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. Before the project even began, they dropped off two dehumidifiers on our porch to begin drying out some of the more humid areas of our house. Communication from the time of the estimate to the start of the project was timely and consistent. We knew Brunson & Perrin was booked out until next year and they were going to have to fit us in when they found an opening.
